Working methodology

The client asks by phone the withdrawal of a postal piece in Ezeiza or in the Central  Custom zone. From our offices we contact our personnel by radio, and they pick it up within 10 minutes approximately, and delivered to our vehicles, that departs every 15 minutes. In about 45 minutes the postal piece arrives to its destination. The services are offered week days from Monday to Friday, 8:00am until 6:30pm,  every 30 minutes. We dispose of stable personnel either in Downtownl Area as in Ezeiza.

You have the possibility of order your envelopes online and follow them up, also to see historics movements.

When boxes or envelopes leave Downtown Terminal, automatically a msn message arrives to the comissionist or employee cell that will receive it in Ezeiza, having 30 minutes anticipation to organize the reception.
